A review of a use case in Cerberus 3.x - sending a reply to a customer. The video focuses on the possibility of accidentally pressing the 'discard' button - which will remove the text without the option to restore it.

This is an unforgiving interface and it can be changed using several approaches:
- provide an 'undo' button
- make the 'discard' button smaller, or keep it away from the 'send' button (which is the most common intention of the user) and away from the 'set waiting on customer' checkbox (which is normally clicked before pressing 'send')
- remove the 'discard' button entirely
