This game is the sequel to the game of Koihime Musou. This sequel enables you to choose one side among the three factions of Shu, Wei and Wu. Of course, each faction will have its own unique ending after completion of the final shown among the three factions.

Its prequel Koihime Musou is translated by MangaGamers and it is to be released in year 2011.

@killer34star that depends on how MangaGamers did with Koihime Musou. From what i heard, Baseson seems satisfy with it. I'm guessing not anytime soon. I'm not strong in japanese, so i did not try the psp games.

@UchihaFaer1 the game is voiced, and its neither sequel or prequel, it features the original story of Koihime Musou, You choose your story out of the 3 factions, and you stand from their point of view in seeing how their path goes in the Romance of the 3 Kingdoms.
