DS Homebrew: DS Hobro - DS Homebrew Browser

DSHobro (DS Homebrew Browser) is an Internet browser for the Nintendo DS. Unlike other image-supporting browsers, it doesn't require a RAM pack, but it is quite slow and requires a server app to run on a PC on your local network. This version (0.2) is better than the old version, with improved speed, but it's still very slow, as it streams pages as large images.

It doesn't need to be patched with DLDI, it doesn't use the disk for anything, and that means it's fully compatible with not only the Games n' Music, but any .nds loading device out there.
