  • @TheWarlord900

Towering Inferno, Poseidon Adventure those are disasters that really could happen and have happened before (fires in high rises, shipwrecks). Irwin didn't expect the rise of film makers like Steven Speilberg and George Lucas with Jaws and Star Wars. Jaws was a pure horror movie that also could really happen (a killer shark on the loose) and Star Wars reinvergated escapist Science Fiction/Fantasy

  • the Unexpected Comedy Hit of the year!!! BAD...NO REAL BAD..!!!!! Why was Caine screaming? Why was there a helicopter either taking off or landing every 5-10 minutes?

  • Michael Caine: Our villian is true

Narrator: More over it is a villain with a mind of it's own

Actually it's a villian that can be defeated with a can of bug spray

  • I wonder if Irwin Allen was holding a gun to Michael Caine's back whenever he talked about the movie.

  • a disaster movie in more ways than one....lol

  • This movie is getting a remake!

  • @UFOSPACE1999 Yeah he really needed money but he made up for it by staring in

    Batman Begins

    The Prestige

    The Dark Knight

    Inception

and other things. Im really sorry for Iwrin Allen he made awasome disaster movies like The Posidion Adventure and The Towering Inferno....why didnt he stick to the book of The Swarm. If he had it would have been a classic.

  • "The Swarm is rooted in reality !!! "

  • I wished those bees have gone after Irwin Allen. It would have made a better film.

  • This behind the scenes featurette is more entertaining than the actual film.
