I agree, apparently the Producer's/Script writers rely too much on the short memories of people to hope that you wouldn't remember that.

Just like how Jack had tattoo's on his upper arms in Season 1, but they suddenly disappeared in Season 2?

Their inability to provide new material is drying my patience and many others.

i dont like this season at all. Just too many unlikable characters in my opinion. I just hate both presidents arlo glass dana walsh cole ortiz. and this season i feel like their is twice as many commercials as their usually is

Yeah, I know Jack can't die, and that he survived last season. I was just pointing out what I saw as the similarities between Jack being tortured in Season 2 and in this episode of season 8.
