@josecoverlessons no problem .... in simple words is a category F1 and Indy World is an American ... the Indy category is a category that competes in ovals and circuits F1 circuits only ... and then could make more difference in terms of chassis and engine rules .... but it would be a very long ... That would be more simple ... I hope to help you with something healthy!

With gearing changes and reduced drag and F1 car could hit 400km/h I have no doubt. They are all about speed through corners though which is much harder to achieve and far more interesting.

f1 car with other gearing set-up can go easy up to 400+

@Montijs33 thats only because of gearing, honda tested their car up to 407km/h in 2008

Indeed.. this is IndyCar. Only IndyCar can speed up to 400 km/h. F1 to 350 only!
