@blazersfan7 You really don't need postworkout carbs in the form of GI-carbs ( don't know if you were saying that ). I just put in water and protein powder. That's enough to spike and still keep you in keto. Sometimes I might add in coconut milk instead of water. Guess everyone is different.

Hey bro, if you live in an apartment try using the oven for the meat. I used to have the same George Forman grill as you and it really dries out the meat bro. And you want all that fat in that meat too. The George Forman grills were popular in the 90's because that's when the "fat makes you fat" phase was going on. But that time has pasted now these days we know carbs is the problem, not the fat. Anyway cool vids. Later

i done this diet for 2 months and found i was able to add reps to my bench despite hearing from everyone that no carbs means i will lose all my muscle and i will get weaker, the first week was tough but after that it was good.
if i do 55% fat 40% prot, and 5 % carbs, at 2400 cal. my prot is at 240 and fat is at 140g... how am i supposed to get my fat higher than my prot?

@Uytube11 yea i see the confusion your fat CALORIES are higher than your protein calories. 1 gram of fat = 9 calories and 1 gram of protein = 4 calories. So your numbers are correct, don't go by grams, you have more CALORIES from fat.

anyway - good stuff on the scale/diet. Weighing food/tracking/KNOWING that you're on a caloric deficit is SO important and as long as you're tracking stuff YOU will be able to tell whether it works for YOU or not. Best of luck broski! N you ever consider just hopping headfirst into a natural bodybuilding show? I swear, I WISH I started doing them at age 8. LOL. well at least around age 14 or so. The experience and people you meet, stuff you learn, etc, etc, is SO invaluable. can hardly explain!!

@flexforall2 i totally agree with u brotha, tracking/weighing/knowing the foods you take in can very well be the difference of seeing the progress u want to see. there's no doubt i want to compete, but i'm still searching/choosing for shows in my local area. good to hear that you've found a strong staple diet... i'm pretty busy so i sent u an add, be glad to talk some more
