Airhorn Prank - the Triple Airhorn of Death at 10% power

My homemade air horn, the Triple Airhorn of Death, is so loud, one time it killed a guy. Questions: 1)"What is the Triple Airhorn of Death?" 2)"How'd you get it?" 3)"Why do you say it killed a guy?" Answers: 1)You know those little airhorns that look like a can of spray paint with a little plastic horn on the top of it? Multiply that by 3x and increase the air pressure to 900psi and you had better be wearing earplugs if you plan on standing anywhere close to the business end (For obvious reasons, low pressure was used for this video). 2)Some foo made it(me) by combining two boat horns, another horn and a fire extinguisher. 3)Because he's dead. If you don't believe me you could try asking him. But, he probably won't answer you because he's dead!
