  • @codyenglish People who use the word utter are usually pretentious pricks full of themselves.

  • Or just get the bus... it's quicker!

  • if this guy pay that "professional fitter" he lost his money, the bike is in top of the trainer the measurements will be wrong.

  • Para hacer cuentas Necesita la Laptop?

  • I like the way the French do it.

    They eyeball it.

    "De plumb the plamb"

you know with the thumb and eye ball..

    : )

  • Such utter crap. The whole laptop thing is so not needed. Anyone that

knows proper bike fitting can get you in the same position by eye alone,

maybe a plum line. it's actually funny watching this guy measure and remeasure,

look at the computer screen intently. In fact, trying to go by measurements alone

can actually be a detriment, as each body isn't that exact. Looks impressive

in a video, that's about it.

    cont-

  • His hour long computer measuring session was actually just checking

these four main fitting points that anyone can do at home:

  • ••Knee 10-20º bent (slightly bent) at full extension

    (seat up/down adjustment)

••Kneecap in vertical line with/bisecting pedal axel when pedals are level/horizontal (seat forward/back adjustment)

••With hands on brake hoods, the handlebar should obscure your view

of the front wheel hub (determining proper length of the stem)

••For correct handlebar width, hands about shoulder width apart.

If you can't get to close to most of those proper fits, then the bike itself

is either way too small or big

  • wow tts awesome!

  • @CnnFuc I think it is really useful for a pro-biker. For normal people who rides once in a while is not that worth it.

As I know; if you ask is not for you. I ride my bike once ever other year. So it's not for me.
