@gkarv1 yes they do but it also depends on how much RAM and what graphics card you have.

@gkarv1 they seem to be very reliable i have two of them both are overclocked and i haven't had any problems with either of them.

@skiripizzapony yeah its the one with 2 ram slots of which one slot has failed (second Asrock board that ive had thats had this problem) in all honesty i would spend a few extra $ and get a Gigabyte mobo, hope this helps

@xIR0B I find this CPU to be quite slow at rendering movies, But thats just my opinion. I haven't used sony vegas so I'm not quite sure on how fast it would render, And it also depends on how much RAM you have as well.
