Hello, you are delightful in your tutorials. Thanks for doing the demonstrations. The only thing is that I've bought two punches that have been defective. They got stuck and I couldn't get the paper out and ruined my project. On one I was cutting cardstock and the other a photo. I'm going to look for my receipt and take them back. Any ideas on what can cause this or how to prevent these mishaps. Thank you.

@AF0093 couldn't agree with you more!! They aren't the only ones out there who make quality products but some others have way better prices.

i love stamping up.
im actually looking for a local consultant

Seems to me if you trim that edge you would not be able to line up for the next punch when going around the paper? Just a little confused about this , I have had a hard time with mine lining up. Pam

I think the quality of Stampin Up products is terrific and since we have demonstrators who need to make money, I don't mind paying a bit more.
I love stampin' up products, but I do wish their prices would be a bit lower. With this economy it's hard to buy great products at a high price. Just my own personal opinion. Thanks for showing I love those new flat punches.
