Members of Montreal's black community marched through the downtown core Saturday, prompted by the recent murder of an 18-year-old.
They want the violence within their own community to stop.
18-year-old Gordon Netsa was killed after being abducted from the corner of Ste. Catherine and Guy earlier this month, while Andrew Hunte was gunned down outside Concordia University. Young teenage blacks are calling for an end to the violence, and want the community to stop protecting murderers.

ANDREW "RAMBO" HUNTE-LONGSHAW, Passed away tragically in Montreal on May 4, 2008 at the age of twenty-two years. He was a loving and devoted father of his daughter & a beloved son. He will be sadly missed by his mother & father, his daughter, brothers, girlfriend, and the mother of his daughter. He will also be sadly missed by his aunts and uncles, cousins & by many other dear relatives and friends including Rev. Darryl Grey.
