An easier way to played that dreaded chord! Sorry about the poor sound - had to use my laptop mic! Actually, I have just had another look at what John Williams is doing and have discovered that he doesn't finger the top E but plays it open and utilises a little two string hinge bar for the G and the C. Very tidy and quick to do! I am used to what I do, like the sound of the top E and will probably continue playing it that way.
