A quick review and test run of the thirstaid water purifier filtration bag from Pure Hydration. A portable water filter system for camping and travelling. 1.5 litre capacity. Will filter 350 litres of water. Filter has a 2 micron rating.

    Have you also seen the old green MILLBANKS ? They are excellent as water Filter.

  • @sim0b They are £40-£50. I'll look up the Millnaks, I've heard of them but have not paid them much attention before.

  • @rodster6 Ahh cheers mate. Millbanks are a FILTER not purification, but they pack up really small and are no worries to carry. Just boil the water after youve used the millbank eh. Get a MK 4 NBC suit aswell.... good for the winter and will last years!

  • awesome water pouch and the filter is even cooler. i use the MSR Droomadary bag but it doesnt have a filter. i use the Katadyn base camp gravity water filter to fill it.
