You can make HNO3 easily with a Neon Sign Transformer, or any other low current spark on AC. although I dont like this technology, and you already removed one of my comments about the Ne transformer danger, I did have an idea that might help. though not because of ease or low cost. prob add cost in the long run. but if you charged the rxn chamber with nitrous oxide from a cream charger, the kind use for whipedcream. lt is a source of nitrogen and oxygen starting blocks, dont know if it will assimilate correct oxygen content, but could enrich yeild. just a thought
