  • Yeah 16kg should be fine, if you're already training with weights. Probably one for now is enough, unless you get a good price for 2 :)

  • I can't wait to try this workout. I don't have 16kg kettlebells so I'm just gonna use my two 15lb ones. Wish me luck in actually finishing it. Looks brutal!
