You are amazing, i love how you show people to acheive goals in there own home. with tools that dont take up alot of room. You also show a competitive nature to inspire motivation through pushing past people own stamina. Your very attractive and this ties in beautifully with the easy nature of watching and listening to you!

Yeah 16kg should be fine, if you're already training with weights. Probably one for now is enough, unless you get a good price for 2 :)

I can't wait to try this workout. I don't have 16kg kettlebells so I'm just gonna use my two 15lb ones. Wish me luck in actually finishing it. Looks brutal!
