You're going to hurt your back, overextending on your hyperextensions.

Thank you for your comment. Everyone is different. Some people have been doing this exercise for years and are perfectly fine. Other may hurt their back.

Those one legged squat kicks at 3:00 are a lot harder than you make them look. Geeze! I haven't tried those strange back and forth chinups, yet. Yikes!
