  • You're going to hurt your back, overextending on your hyperextensions.

  • Thank you for your comment. Everyone is different. Some people have been doing this exercise for years and are perfectly fine. Other may hurt their back.

  • Those one legged squat kicks at 3:00 are a lot harder than you make them look. Geeze! I haven't tried those strange back and forth chinups, yet. Yikes!

  • Sit ups and crunches is how you start.

  • when my upper back is on the bench, i just have a standard bench, so that's all i can do it on

  • Flag when your upper back on the bench or flag when your hands are on the vertical bar?
