"The Pizza Man Is Toast!" by Old Fart Rants

Well the party of "do what I say - not what I do"... I mean "family values" has done it again... Michelle Bachmann and Rick Perry are history, and now it's Herman Cain's turn. On top of being a no nothing idiot and a flip flopper to rival Mitt Romney, he just got caught in a scandal that occurred while he was president of the National Restaurant Association in which 2 women were paid off not to file sexual harassment charges and signed non disclosure agreements to keep their mouths shut about it. Well it looks like somebody spilled the beans because Politico and NBC news both confirmed the story with one of the women. Now earlier today Herman said it's all a lie. It never happened. It's just a witch-hunt. 999 which is of course German for no no no! He even said he was unaware of any settlement but if there was one he hoped it wasn't for much, because he didn't do anything. And to prove it, after a press conference at the National Press Club today he sang Amazing Grace and talked about how much Jesus loves him. Don't you just love how these so called Christian role models can do just about anything and get away with it because as long as Jesus loves them and forgives them, it's ok? And maybe the teabaggers and evangelicals who've taken over the Republican party will buy this Jesus loves me crap, but nobody else is gonna because nobody pays out settlements when there's no evidence, and nobody makes anybody sign non disclose agreements if nothing happened. And then later today what do you know - he admitted that it did happen. Talk about a flip flop! Well good luck trying to work sexual harassment into your next campaign ad Herman! Maybe you can show a woman signing a non disclosure agreement, putting a wad of cash in her pocket, and then telling everyone to vote for you because you're so honest and trustworthy - followed by that big smile of yours that it takes 8 seconds to make? Right on cue the right wingers are already claiming that this is just another attack on conservatives by liberals and the lamestream media, just like Sarah Palin always used to do before she finally shut her pie hole and dropped out at the last minute because of all the dirt she knew would come out about her if she actually ran. And since the whole thing happened 15 years ago way before anybody even knew who Herman Cain was, and since teabagger clown candidates like Sharon Angle and Christine O'Donnell winning their primaries cost the Republican party control of the Senate in the 2010 elections, and since Herman Cain hasn't even won the nomination yet - that doesn't even make sense. It makes more sense that it's coming from his inside own party. Either way Herman, I think instead of instead of Amazing Grace you should be singing this song.... I can't get no nomination! Forget about pizza - you're toast Herman. Even your BFF Jesus can't save you now because it doesn't even matter if the allegations these 2 women made are true -- what matters is that you got caught lying about it ever happening at all. And that's the exact same thing the Republicans said was an impeachable offense for Bill Clinton, remember? Wait 'til the news starts talking about your illegal campaign contributions! You're not gonna sing you way out of this one Godfather! And all over America right now, Republicans and teabaggers who aren't busy trying to find some way to pin this on Democrats and liberals are secretly wringing their hands and losing the will to live because they know Mitt Romney is gonna be their presidential candidate. And I can't believe I'm actually agreeing with Ann Coulter, especially since she's blaming liberals on Fox News right now as we speak - but she's right about one thing - he's gonna lose. Obama will mop the floor with Mitt. Well, unless the Republicans can bust enough unions and suppress enough democratic votes between now and Nov. 2012.

@theflafson Employees in this country might be asked to sign non disclosure agreements when they're hired for security reasons or something, but it would be extremely unusual for them to have to sign one when they're let go unless there's some hanky panky involved. Maybe it's different in Canada. Doesn't matter anyway - Herman Cain's problems are just starting - his illegal campaign donations are about to take center stage and that's what will do him in.
