Rats Nomming Some Bugs

They get meal worms, super worms, and usually grasshoppers 1-3 times a day. They all seem healthier and better in general since I started it. :3
Also, while I do give them live mealworms when I have them, all of the items fed are Zoomed's Can O' bugs line.

The only adult rat in there is one of the mothers. The other doe got wild and the buck likes to think he's a free roaming rat, so he jumps out of the tub and explores.

they dont get bitten by the worms then? Some insects looks so big....( not in this video).

Maybe at first, but rats quickly learn (and usually don't forget what they learn) what end the head is. The insects I fed them here were also dead from a can. xD

If you want to introduce a rat to some new live insects, give them the ass end. XD
