  • the chick singing is Richie's wife. For those who are saying how can Richie play this cr@p, just watch her play the horn and you have your answer.

  • I'm a huge Mk2 Purple and Rainbow fan but I think Ritchie should be remembered for what he likes doing and not what other people 'want' him to do, as he's always done.besides, better he's doing this than drinking himself to death or dying of a drug overdose in a sleazy hotel..........

  • stupendo......................

  • Women, since the days of full equality in the 1700 years of history in Sumer - Mesopotamia culture, since its destruction 4050 years ago (read Sitchin's "The wars of gods and men" for what caused the destruction) have fallen victims of unspeakable oppression which started in Babylon, 300 years after the fall of Sumer. The ruler there was called Marduk - same being was called Amon Ra in Egypt, and Zeus in Greece - heis responsible for degrading women into slavery of man - it is freedom time now

  • @Shaggyshadric Blackmore didn't dislike Dio's lyrics. He openly admitted he wanted to take Rainbow in a more commercial direction, musically and lyrically. RJD didn't want to do this, so they parted company. But Ronnie did write several sets of "non-mystical" lyrics before '78. Do You Close Your Eyes? is lyrically quite straightforward. :)

  • love Rainbow.... love Purple... wish they would tour... but i think this is good stuff

  • Although I listen mainly hard rock and metal, Blackmore's Night is one of my favourite bands. And this version... It is beautiful.

  • Ritchie did an outstanding performance in `the shed` and `gates of babylon` this is

Blacmore`s signature solo`s of all time for me. The man gets older and so does his musical

instinkt. He is still my guitar hero, nothing can change that.

  • This is musical art at it's best. :)

  • Do you really want us to forgive you Ritchie??? Forgiven !! CLICK LIKE

  • I think it's interesting that Ritchie didn't like Dio's "dungeon and dragons" lyrics in Rainbow, but now he's doing this medieval style music now... I wonder if he wishes now that he'd never pushed Dio away...
