And by the way.... protesting Vietnam = GOOD... protesting healthcare reform = STUPID!!! That moron in the crowd there, like most right-wingers, needs to actually read a book, the Nazis were conservative nationalists supported by the Social Republican and Catholic Center Party. Hitler's only opposition in the German government was the Social Democrats, the leftists. And another thing, Hitler did not start universal healthcare in Germany, he opposed it. Why are rightists so ignorant?

Did you really, REALLY just condemn by proxy protesters of Vietnam? Now, aside from the fact that once the forever backwards right-wingers realized what liberals had long already known (which was that Vietnam was not only a failure but a mistake to begin with) they joined the protesting, too! I have never, not ever, seen the kind of deceitful, dishonest, ignorant betrayal from liberals that the republicans have been pulling these last few years. Stop watching Fox News, get informed.

It is not socialized medecine in the VA. Very select group of people can partake. Of course, when stating this to someone who is a disabled vet i.e. he went to a war recently and fought in some battles-you do not become a disabled vet by tripping and falling down when in the service. Missing limbs, blind, Traumatic Brain Injuries, prosthetic skulls, watching those you desperately love die as he gave his life for you-yeah he does not want others to have what he has-it really sucks-trust me.

@philpalx I don't want goverment helthcare, I've seen it up close. My wifes grandfather is a korean war vet we take him to the VA at least once month. And we have to wait for medical services and sometimes medications! What the hell is up with waiting on medications that an old man needs! The fact is the govermnt can't run anything that is pfofitable. The post office loses money, amtrak loses money, fannie mae and freddie mac lose money.See a pattern here?

I really think that people on both sides need to realize that we are rapidly becoming the 'country that cried Nazi'. I also think that whoever figured out how to get people to stick up for Insurance companies.
Anyone on either side who uses Nazi or Hitler in a policy debate should automatically have to pay $10.00 into a fund. That fund would then pay off the national debt.

Agreed and well put. His flippant dismissal of his detractors as using scare tactics and being paid protestors shows his elitist attitude as well as the party in general. Just look at Nancy Pelosi. The conservative party and activists are merely taking a play out of the liberals own playbook by protesting to the extent that they are. Liberals used the same moves to protest the war in Vietnam but that was ok. Obama has always been privelidged and cannot stand to not get his way.
