Ballot or the Bullet. Try listening to it.
For obvious reasons I do not agree with ALL that was said. My father and mother are angels. They are far from "devils". I think Malcolm grew to understand that. But in that poignant speech is something that ALL OTHER communities have ALWAYS practiced. It's time you all wake up and get rid of the class warfare you wage on each other.
You can have the last word.

7.)Where can a young person look for role models. First of all there are black doctors, accountants, authors, poets, business people out there. Where is the attempt to teach the talents and the skills you all have to the young?
Not all people can or should go to college. But everyone can own a skill. That is where the "leadership" should start. But hey, what the hell do I know? I live in the suburbs. I can't relate, right?

6.)Ironically the black rappers or athletes who frequently visit or live in the impoverished neighborhoods they grew up in are not the problem. The problem is with the few black lawyers, counselors, professors, doctors, chefs, etc who NEVER goes back to the neighborhood they grew up in. Just like in the days of slavery. You allow others to trick you into accepting the good blacks vs the bad blacks. Class warfare

5.)This is where the blacks "who have made it" come in. The amount of money made by these "accomplished blacks" feed white kids, like my child. Their money feeds: White small business owners. White Lawyers, White construction contractors, White grocery stores. Schools that teach history LARGELY through my perspective. Etc.

4.)The reason you teach all of the things I have stated in my previous longwinded rants is so you can show them the REAL WORLD APPLICATION of the things they learn in class. You "teach toward the world". Not in a "vacuum". That is why people like Cosby can not reach the "masses". It is important for political, moral, financial and spiritual reasons to have a FIRM grasp on history and economics.

3.)Instead I see a man who stumbles to make connections and largely insults the very people "he loves so much". Yeah right.
You opined that: "Blacks have the wrong attitudes. They have no desire to learn like us enlightened and intellectually advanced blacks. You know, the select few of us". This is your argument? Well I do not buy it.
