This is a really underrated fight. Good matchup of styles and it seems that if Tucker had a little more in the tank he could have really made it a fight. Not something you hear about as one of the great fights ever but definitely better than anything I've seen in the heavyweight division since Lewis retired. Thanks for posting!

In fact, I think that the BRITISH MEDIA should FINALLY sit Lennox Lewis down and give him a GRILLING about how he SELECTED his OPPONENTS. Such as a 1993 Tony Tucker who was addicted to COCAINE and MARIJUANA (Suspensions) , and had 3 YRS out of boxing. Also AVOIDING a PRE-PRISON Tyosn until he smoking MARIJUANA and FAT in 2002!

After the Tyson fight, Tucker failed to return to the ring for nearly two-and-a-half years, during which he became obese and addicted to cocaine. Dwindling his finances down to just $8,000, he blamed part of his situation to the anger he felt towards his payment on the Tyson fight. He claimed to have only received $250,000 out of a $1.2 million guarantee from promoter Don King.
