ELEVATOR card trick

The Elevator Card trick. I'm not going to reveal or explain it. I Saw Jeff Teo's performance of this effect, the elevator card trick, and I had to learn it. Jeff says you can learn it from Shigeo Futagawa's lecture notes. I think "Elevator Card" which Futagawa published was a reworking of a move that Chris Kenner invented called "Shifty." (No one seems to totally agree. Maybe they both discovered this effect independently.) This is my first video on youtube. I hope you enjoy it.

hmmm, i think if it starts at the very bottom of the deck it would be much better, makes the impact so much harder

is this done by doing "the pass"

@00GF0O0, no. it's not the pass, or any pass. (The cards remain in the exact same order from start to finish, with the exception of the card that rises through the deck.)

Try licking off or washing off the cheeto dust off your fingers, It makes the performance look better.

very similar to chris kenners shifty, you are right in that it may be the same move. i guess the guy who invented this may have just came up with the idea to switch the orientation for better cover.
