College asian girl trying to park

She was initially in the handicap spot, and I guess wanted to move out of it? The video cuts out early but it lasts another 45 seconds of her trying to park. She then gets out walks around the back glances at the car she hit then walks into the building (below the camera). Did not leave a note, or anything.
