As a child watching NWA wrestling in L.A., I hated the "heel" Kenji and his tag team partners Masa Saito and Killer Kowalski. I cheered on Dory Dixon and Early Maynard when they head-butted them into submission. I remember cheering for him when he turned and fought Ripper Collins for a local title. Today, looking back, I only have great respect for one of the all time greats -- R.I.P. Kenji and thanks for the memories!!!

i know kenji shibuya form his last day of his life. i only knew him for a little while. he loves his family and a true kind soul. he didn't talk as much, well he couldn't talk at all, but he as that present that will last for a long time. IN MEMORY OF ROBERT KENJI SHIBUYA May 3, 2010.
