The Experienced Dreamers Contest was a new and unusual attempt by Pittsburgh to try and attract a certain entrepreneurial demographic (basically "boomers" over 45) to consider moving to Pittsburgh. The winner of the contest, Tess Almendarez Lojacono, runs a company called Fine Art Miracles, and she and her family are getting ready to move from western New York state to Pittsburgh in the fall of 2012.
