After Kogi "taco" truck concept taking off in S. CA last year, I thought somebody with good business aptitude and culinary skills might be able to make work in Seattle. And I was asking a few friends around who were brave enough to venture into the business.
I haven't taste it yet, but those hotdog buns need to be upgraded.
