its a status symbol thats it.

think about it, the west is the biggest, wealthiest and most powerful empire in the world and it was made by and majority is white people (its just a fact buddy, no racism intended)

and so, having white people working for them is a HUGE status symbol for chinese companies and it means a lot in the eyes of other chinese companies.

imagine if 2 hired white guys met in a conference, they'd be shooting "wassup?" looks the whole time!
