The twin towers was an example of an explosion and building 7 was implosion. The structural design of the twin towers does not permit an implosion straight into its footprint becuase the load baring columns are on the exterior and in the core. This video is not an accurate reflection of what happened to the towers. It would be too problematic and dangerous to attempt a traditional controlled demolition on the twin towers, therefore, they detonated the building from the top down.
