I actually found the animation in my files, I forgot what I had initially made the story about so I added new words to it. So bare with me this was a quicky...

Explanation
Mark is a 30 something year old man that has is a virgin and has never been in a relationship in his life. He suffers from Love-Shyness (see definition below). His friends unbeknown to this are always trying to hook him up with a girl. But he is unable to make a connection with them. His way of coping with this is through cross dressing and picturing himself as a female which gets him aroused (see definition for Autogynephilia below). While doing this something crazy happens and he is actually turned into a real girl. As time goes on he begins to start thinking and feeling more like a lady and ultimately forgets that he was a male altogether. I got the idea for this story from a friend that says he is an Autogynephiliac or a Crossdreamer. I thought it was interesting so I made a story about it...

Love-shyness is a specific type of severe chronic shyness that impairs or prevents intimate relationships.[1][2] It implies a degree of inhibition and reticence with potential partners that is sufficiently severe to preclude participation in courtship, marriage and family roles.[3] According to this definition, love-shy people find it difficult if not impossible to be assertive in informal situations involving potential romantic or sexual partners. For example, a heterosexual love-shy man will have trouble initiating conversations with women because of strong feelings of social anxiety.

Autogynephilia (woman, though the stem is actually "γυναικ-".[18]) and "φιλία" (love) — "love of oneself as a woman") is a term coined in 1989 by Ray Blanchard, to refer to "a man's paraphilic tendency to be sexually aroused by the thought or image of himself as a woman."
