I really like all these idiots (and that's being generous on their mental abilities) who say its "chip jenkins" but never give the title of the song. Chip Jenkins is a woman, and its obviously a man singing.

the song with Paul Brill is in a different commercial. You can hear it on his Myspace website and definitely is not this song. Can't get any info about this song.
