Hi I have CVS5 but can't open the distort filter it is greyed out, What am I doing wrong.

I always start to fail at Photoshop where you create the creases(?) at 2:12 .. It's so simple yet I'm never able to come up with that kind of a solution myself xD

@Sirhc7000 Didn't try to rush it at all. It was created just like all my other videos. Since I've gone over the 'stars' brush a few times before, I chose to leave that out.
