【材料】:糙米飯2碗、魚肉4兩、蝦4兩、花枝4兩、蚵仔4兩、美白菇3兩、鴻喜菇3兩、香菇5朵、巴西利少許、嫩薑、芹菜、蔥、香菇精2匙、海苔精2匙、胡椒粉、酒、鹽­皆少許
【做法】:
1.首先將糙米飯放入滾水中悶煮10分鐘,後加入美白菇 。
2.再把香菇洗淨切片,放入鍋中,接著加入香菇精2匙、海苔精2匙、鹽、胡椒粉,煮5~10分鐘即可起鍋。
3.將巴西利切末放入少許即可完成「素食的糙米養生粥」。
4.將蔥、芹菜切成末,再把薑切成絲,接著將魚切片。
5.先把魚片放入「素食的糙米養生粥」,接著花枝、蚵仔、蝦、薑絲也放入鍋中煮約3~5分鐘,加少許酒後起鍋。
6.再加少許芹菜、蔥即成了「海鮮的糙米養生粥」。
