Thanks kirbmaster5000...This was actually a set in a series of five that I superset with double 16kg kettlebell presses and 16kg weighted one-leg squats (pistols). I concentrate on super-high tension through-out my entire body, and completeing FULL pull-ups (full extension and conpleted at the top with the chin above the hands.)
