David Archuleta's Interview on 106.5 FM

David Archuleta was interviewed by Daune Robinson on MIX 106.5 FM on December 15, 2010. She posted the comments below at her 106.5 FM web page afterward:

"How can you not Crush on David Archuleta? Every time I talk to him, he's just as sweet and unassuming as he seemed on American Idol, in Season Seven. He's older now, 19 by my count, but wiser? You tell me, after you hear our conversation! :)

"David Archuleta has a lot going on during the holidays! But, he took a few moments to call in and talk about a series of concerts this week that he's doing with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. They're being taped for a PBS Special and DVD, so don't despair, if you can't get to Utah, this week. He says he'll have some time with family for the holidays, and since we're in holiday mode, I asked about what's on his wishlist, what family traditions they have in the Archuleta house, his favorite Christmas songs. And then, David will be features on New Years Eve Live on Fox, performing from Las Vegas. We talked about ringing in the New Year, and he had some surprising admissions about what's going to happen at the stroke of midnight!!!! David you make me laugh, in the middle of an interview..."Mom, are we having any sweets for Christmas"...Interviewer laughs her head off. ONLY David would do this. I LOVE IT. He is just so down-to-earth. I am still laughing. I can see David turning to his Mother and asking her....as the world listens...Oh David, you are just to cute!!!!

omg, David David David. lol. i'm so surprised he hasn't heard about the new year's kiss. i see that all the time on tv. people getting engaged, strangers kissing other strangers. its real adn weird but yeah. i love how he gets all confused and tongue tied about that.
