I am a 17 year old type 1 diabetic who had problems responding to insulin injection therapy I spent most of my childhood in the hospital. I am not overweight, my medical bills are expensive and I have seen firsthand many of the diabetic complications. My doctor says I am doing everything I can do; life isn't easy and my diabetes will never go away. Your video is offensive, regardless of what you meant. Diabetes, for you hopefully, ended with the filiming of this video. For me, it will never end.

2 the diabetics - why even bother responding 2 these ignorant uneducated mall rats? They r the ones looking for attention. Hoping for the shock factor. Ignore them, eventually they'll go away. It's called "survival of the fittest" & it isn't limited to physical traits but intelligence. So while they are pumping gas or working the register at the 7-11 or still making mindless videos on their Mom's camera...you can rest easy knowing that no one is nor ever will listen to the crap they have to say.

I'm a T1 diabetic and Im not defended by this completely uninformed video (even though more misinformation and ignorance is just what we need right) from a diabetic point of view.

It is just pure shit. Not funny not well acted or shot. It is just utter rubbish. 7 mins of my life wasted. Thanks for that guys.

@illusionistTG Fuck you man, living with type one diabetes is hard, you're taking over the task of an organ thats failing within your body (Pancreas), meaning you need to constantly test your blood sugar, not to mention inject insulin up to 7 times daily. Also it raises the cost of your health insurance like mad. Diabetics also have an average life 10 years shorter then that of a non-diabetic. Your chances of getting pancreatic cancer or losing your hands feet and sight are raised.

This isnt funny, I'm a type one diabetic and find this offensive. It doesnt even make sense, if the boy were taking insulin (generally the only medication prescribed to type 1 diabetics) and had a fully functioning pancreas he'd probably go into a fucking coma. This video is the product of ignorant children and hope to see it removed.

u can't get type 1 diabetes because of your actions, you just get it. I'm 14 and i found out i had type 1 diabetes 2 months ago.

It's not fun. It's not horrible but its really annoying sometimes, pisses me off.

For example i won't ever be able to eat a bag of candy again, only like 4 bits.

But no one teases me for it in school or anything since i told them I WILL break their nose if anyone made fun of it.

Im only saying that u can't get it by doing anything.
