btw i went to ian mccarthy's website, asked him why he says you need to do 20+ sets to build muscle, when most of the books/articles state that 10-16 sets are enough for stimulating the muscle, hell its all about intensity (weight/breaks/reps etc)

what happen with me was i was working out i felt the burn but no pain. but the very next day it was the weirdest thing ever i wook up and i had soo much pain and soreness in my biceps and triceps and then the very next day it didn't really go away whys that?
is it because i over trained or something?
