Umm... For all the people going crazy and saying they have the PSVita already and or raging about no commercials... IT COMES OUT FEBRUARY 22nd 2012! Who puts out tv commercials 2 months before it comes out? And who would waste their time lying about having it when we ALL should know that it comes out in February... My god...

@mycew I don't know about built in memory but I'm pretty sure it can play PSP games but it has no UMD cartridge so the PSP games will have to be downloaded from the store. The games for the PS Vita will have their own sort of cartridge.
