Went to a 9 foot rim to work on mechanics. I still need lots of work, but it was helpful. Except, my shoulder, abs, and wrist are now sore.

when i was in 5th grade my school had a 7 foot rim and when i could dunk on it i waz slammin my rists and that shit was painful lol

very inspirational stuff not going 2 lie i started out w/ a 16 inch vert did air alert for a month and gained 4 inches but lost some from soreness but now im goin 2 do vjb im hoping 2 dunk by the end of the year... im 16 and flexible adn athletic u think ill be able 2 do it?!
