Strangely enough, these few police cars were abandoned long before the protesters got to this intersection. Whether this is due to lack of police personnel, which could compromise the safety of officers present, or a scenario deliberately created by the police to prosecute violent protesters remains unanswered.

A police car at Bay and King intersection, its windows already smashed, was set on fire on Saturday June 26th during the G20 summit in Toronto by hooligans.

  • even if the police car was left there deliberatly, doesnt it prove how stupid the people were to set it on fire in the first place? doesnt matter how long its been left there, you burn it and you'll get your ass in jail

  • @laxfan71 It's completely stupid and illegal, but the difference is whether there's been provocation. In other words, it's like leaving out sweets in obvious places for a person who's on a diet. It would be stupid to eat it, but maybe if you didn't see it there, you wouldn't have.

I completely agree that those who are guilty of damage to property should be charged and prosecuted though.

  • @speedstriker true true you have a point, but still they're only screwing themselves over

  • @laxfan71 Haha, as if they know any better.

  • @Al123456ize

You have obviously never visited nor care to read up on our country. this sort of crap happens maybe once every 50 years.

  • @laxfan71

Human stupidity is limitless. You really think people weren't going to set it on fire?

Also think of this as a Tactical Situation. Risk abandoning 2 cop cars worth maybe 45-65,000 each in order to protect real estate worth millions. Or put peoples lives in danger to get those cars out and risk the Anarchists causing damage elsewhere.

  • @laxfan71 i thought they were screwing with the police?

  • Agent provocateur...

  • I love the smell of bacon in the morning.

  • What a sick circus just watching all this.

  • POLICE Provocateur FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
