United States government will never allow foreign government to prosecute their government citizens. Only the white man can profit from pain without accountability, is how the United States think.

What appalling acts are you talking about...people don't seem to realize, this is all over literally, 3 people getting waterboarded. Guantanamo had 250 inmates at it's peak! This is another classic example of European ignorance and arrogance. Europe is in for a rude wake up call.

If the spanish court reaches a decision it can be escalated to the EU of which they are a member. So ... if one of these people are found to be guilty what they're really saying is "keep these Bush fuckers out of our country."
