Child serverly injured by inner cord of window covering

Catara Robinson was a happy healthy three year old who loved to dress up, run and play with her cousins. July 7th, 2009, Catara's world came crashing down. Catara some how managed to pull out a cord that runs through the slats of a window blind. She pulled this, formed a loop, placed it around her neck and strangled. Catara was revived at the hospital where she was admitted but the Catara that Mom and Dad once knew, would never be the same again. Catara suffered severe brain damage. She cannot walk, talk, eat. my son died 5 months ago from window blind cord and i think everyone needs to hear this and know about what can happen because of them these children dont desreve this and neither do the parents
