The drill routine for the USAFA CHG 4-Man drill team, filmed February 5, 2009 in preparation for SCIDM and community performances.

Note for comparisons: The weapon used is an M-1 Garand. With Bayonet, this weapon weighs 11.25 lbs (double and even triple the weight of other teams' weapons.)

  • are you retared i spin them at ridgeland high school they weighed 12 to 14 pounds at the max and you have to have skill to spin them un like the springfield you can throw them up in the air and catch it real easy m1 not as easy cause they have a diffrent shape then the spring field but the spring fields are like a stick compare to the m1s so your retared

  • they do weigh 13.5 lbs, and they are called rifles but they are also weapons. Don't be a smart ass if you don't know what your talking about. They are not dummies, the ones i throw with are decommissioned rifles with lead filled barrels (giving them extra weight.)

  • actually, they weigh at the most 15 pounds, and secondly, their not wearpons, there rifles
