yes hard to dance if u are not in shape, my friend has a heavy butt and thighs and its really hard for her to do a basic inversion. i find that pole dancers who can do advanced tricks such as this tend to be very muscular and almost manly.

it is true that you have to be fit to do all that on the pole or it would be very hard to hold your fat ass and legs for this long like she does, and you need a very strong core.This bitch in particular is very flexible, comes in handy as well for pole dancing. POLE DACERS NEED TO BE IN SHAPE, YES.

pole dancing is only nasty because you dont have the ability to do it and youre jealous. and she isn't too skinny she's fit. just because she has the appropriate body fat precentage for her body type doesnt mean shes a freak. and no i'm not in shape like her wish i was though. she really is an amazing dancer.
