Anyone who thinks greed is good needs to be sent to a mental institution. Greed brought down the economies and produced the great recession, 1970s-1980s energy crisis, early 90s recession, Enron/Worldcom scandal in 2002 and now the recent financial crisis.

What you said is totally correct. I think all public companies have the same attitude. It's not our money. It's other people's money. The point is, ladies and gentlemen, that Greed, for the lack of a better word, is Good. Greed is right. Greed, works. Greed clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit. Greed, in all of its forms, Greed for life, for money, for love, knowledge, has marked the upward surge of mankind and Greed, you mark my words, will not only save Teldar Paper, but that other malfunctioning corporation called the USA. Thank you very much.

Well if they really respond strongly to incentives how about cutting their pay and/or firing them?
That should be a good INCENTIVE not to pull this kind of unethical manipulation on clients, shareholders, taxpayers and the government in the future.
