@akkormiazamilehet not in mode for women in general, or female swimmers? I know, overall, European women just have really never shaved their pits. But from the age of 12 onward, at the big meets, I shaved my entire body, including pits, but not my scalp or eyebrows so it was NOT en vogue for european women in general, but most other females in other continents shaved.... got it, oh intelligent one?

@lander582 I feel very sorry for you if you could only see the armpit hair. In the 80's it was not in the mode to shave your armpit, you freak. Do me a favor, act like an intelligent person.......

Egerszegi is a proof that some athletes are born (of course coaching undeniably played a big part)- her stroke technique was as good at 14 as it had been when she broke the world record a few years later (a record that only recently broken by swimmers- all of them wearing the now banned swimsuit).
