Michigan's biodiversity depends directly on clean lakes, rivers, streams, and wetlands. Here is a quick glimpse at some of Michigan's amazing creatures, and the important role that clean water has in their survival.

The Great Lakes contain 95% of North America's freshwater. It is important for all of us to protect and preserve this life-giving and invaluable resource for future generations.

I created, wrote, hosted, and produced this piece originally for the "Save the Wild UP" campaign to protect the Yellowdog Watershed area which is connected to Lake Superior in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
