Doctor Who - The End Of The World Review and Comparison with Moffat

This was Roses first outing in The Tardis. She had just left Micky and unlike Amy Pond she seemed to really be on a voyage of discovery.

It is also in this episode that we get to hear more about The Doctor and him being The last of The Timelords. More is explained later on.

It is also in this episode that we first hear Bad Wolf although it is only mentioned for a couple of seconds. We see The Face Of Boe for the first time. We also get to meet Casandra.

I love the way the relationship between The Ninth and Rose evolves. I love how she is not afraid to challenge what The Doctor says and it is because of her later on that he grows into a far more reasonable and less irritable Tenth Doctor.

I love the way that RTD leaves clues for The Audience that allow them to spot what is coming up next without giving the game away.

Examples of this are:

Bad Wolf which is mentioned and seen in a number of episodes S1
Everything leading up to Rose Leaving and Daleks and Cybermen for the first time pitted against each other S2
Saxon mentioned a number of times in S3 so you knew it was coming and Boe dying saying YANA which The Doctor took to mean You Are Not Alone but that was the name of the Professor.

In S4 it was everything revolving around Donna which we get to finally see put together in Turn Left.

The theme in the Specials was Doctor Victorious how he can manipulate time and have no heart a bit like the makings of The Valyard.

Sadly the changes in S5 and S6 have made me less likely to want to watch Doctor Who. I am a true fan and I have tried my best to get to know Matt Smiths Doctor. But at the end of the day the answer is nope. I really do not want to know.

River Song, Rory and Amy its like one big soap opera and that simply is not Doctor Who in my opinion.

@JoeAndTeddy We both have different styles. But one thing is for sure I never think others should agree with me or Annette. Some may say that its a load of crap as long as they constructively criticise it then cool. I hate it when people just use loads of swearing to prove their point. I am happy to write my own scripts do my own title cards and have my own style. Then I do not have to ask anyone
