I don't know if you're looking to stay with a "bigger" actor for Otto, because I could always see Adam Wylie playing Otto.

Tom Welling, Bethany Joy Galeotti and Jonah Hill. And also, I think Amber is better suited for Anna than Martha. But look-wise she's an excellent choice for the project!

I gotta give you props for knowing Anna's canon last name, and not making one up like other people do.

Some of your choices seem a bit... out of place. Mostly due just them looking too old. Though I like your ideas, and think Jaime, Mitch and Ed are PERFECT CASTING.
